Large Amethyst Geode

This is a large amethyst geode that has been cracked open to reveal the nice pocket of natural amethyst crystals. This is from Brazil and I cracked it open.
this weighs 6.6 lbs and the amethyst pocket is 6-1/2” x 2-1/2” and is open on top to let the light in to show off the crystals. The entire geode is approximately 6” tall and 7-1/2” wide.
note if you leave amethyst in sunlight it will fade over time.
