This is a stunning half of a 4 chamber geode cluster from the Crystal Canyon mine in Chihuahua Mexico with needle crystals in light amethyst and clear quartz that have darker amethyst tips and some crystals have some iron stained areas giving it a citrine appearance. Inside some of the chambers there are longer quartz clusters with perfect terminations arranged in a small spray. This geode is approximately 6” long and over 3” wide with nice deep cavities. When I cracked this one open the other half crumbled into pieces but this side is solid and beautiful to see.
